You probably already have it.

AI programmes value some sources more than others. Here's roughly how the tools your team already uses rank by buyer interest.

Set by the programmes, not by us. One publishes a range up to $5M. Final amounts depend on data sources, size, quality, access terms and due diligence.

The methodology deck is half of it. The workpapers are the other half.

AI agents need to learn how advisory work actually gets done: how a problem is framed, analysed and turned into a recommendation. Engagement playbooks and templates are the lowest-risk start; client deliverables need care.

How it works

We're an introduction, nothing more. You deal with the programmes directly, and your data never passes through us.

1

60-second fit check

Nine quick questions about your company and where your documentation lives. No sign-up.

2

Apply to the programmes

If you fit, we show you which programmes match and link you to their official applications. You apply directly.

3

You set the terms

The programme reviews, holds a discovery call or letter of intent, and agrees scope with you. You keep ownership, and your counsel reviews the licence.

What tends to qualify

The lowest-risk material is documentation you wrote about how you work, rather than records about your customers.

Usually straightforward

  • SOPs, playbooks and checklists
  • Internal wikis and knowledge bases
  • Project histories and ticket workflows
  • QA processes and review notes
  • Training and onboarding material

Needs care

  • CRM and customer records
  • Email, Slack or Teams history
  • Anything covered by client NDAs
  • Personal data about staff or customers (GDPR / UK GDPR)

The programmes state they remove or de-identify personal information, but check your contracts and data-protection obligations with counsel first.

What licence-ready data looks like

Programmes pay for the work, not the names. Flip between the stages of this engagement note to see what has to come out, and what people commonly miss.

Questions everyone asks

Which programmes?

We currently refer to two established AI data companies, each running a dedicated company data-partnership programme with its own published ranges and eligibility rules. The fit check shows which ones you match, with links to their official applications.

Is this connected to the TrackImpact platform?

No. Data Partnerships is a separate referral service. Data from TrackImpact platform customers is never used, shared or licensed through this programme, and nothing you enter here goes to the platform.

Do you see or handle our data?

No. We never receive, store or process your company's data. Everything after the fit check happens directly between you and the programme you apply to.

How do you get paid?

The programmes may pay us a referral fee if your company applies through our link and enters a partnership. It doesn't come out of your payout, and you pay us nothing. That's why we ask you to apply through our link.

How much could we receive?

Published ranges run from $100k+ for qualified partnerships, through $500k+ for large-scale or multi-team datasets, to $1M–$5M for highly unique data. Actual amounts depend on data sources, size, quality, access terms and due diligence. Our estimate is indicative only and is not an offer.

Who's eligible?

Operationally mature companies with mainly English-language records. Most programmes look for 20–30+ staff; one accepts accounting firms from 10 staff and law firms from 6. Demand is strongest in the US, with the UK and Canada next; other Western markets are considered.

Do we keep ownership?

The programmes state that companies retain ownership of their underlying data, that personal information is removed where relevant, and that access is restricted to a limited number of authorised staff. Confirm the specifics in your own agreement.

Is it legal for us to license this?

Often, yes, especially for process documentation you wrote yourselves. But customer contracts, NDAs and data-protection law (GDPR / UK GDPR, US state privacy laws) can limit what you may share. Have counsel review before anything is shared. We're not a law firm and this isn't legal advice.

How long does it take?

Typically: a short assessment or estimate, review of your data, a discovery call or letter of intent, then agreement and onboarding. One programme quotes roughly three months from first conversation to payment.

Our company has closed. Can we still take part?

We're confirming which programmes accept data from companies that have stopped trading (usually via the director, liquidator or administrator). Take the fit check and choose "closed" to register interest.
